Civil Cases

Such as Loan Contract Cases, Mortgage Contract Cases, Sales Contract Cases, Land Cases, Eviction Cases, Breach Cases, Inheritances Cases, Contract Revoke Cases, and Other Civil Cases.

Criminal Cases

“Criminal Case” refers to cases where the law prescribes a specific action as an offense and stipulates a punishment for it, such as the Penal Code and other laws like various royal enactments which prescribe criminal penalties. The punishments in criminal law encompass five categories: capital punishment (death penalty), imprisonment, confinement, fines, and confiscation of property

Consumer Cases

Cases arising from unsafe products, condominium juristic person cases, sales cases, property lease cases, hire-purchase cases, contract-for-work cases, transportation cases, personal loan cases, credit card cases, insurance cases, etc. According to the Consumer Protection Act, B.E. 2522 (1979), the Consumer Case Procedure Act, B.E. 2551 (2008), and the Product Liability Act, B.E. 2551 (2008)

Labor Case

Labor Cases refer to disputes between employers and employees, employer organizations, or employee organizations concerning rights or duties as specified by labor laws or other related laws.

Juvenile and Family Case

These are cases that the Juvenile and Family Court has the jurisdiction to adjudicate under the ” Juvenile and Family Court and Procedure Act, B.E. 2553 (2010).”

Intellectual Property and International Trade Case

this includes Criminal cases, Civil cases related to trademarks, copyrights, patents, criminal cases pertaining to offenses under the Thailand Penal Code, Sections 271 to 275, and other cases.

Bankruptcy Case

Bankruptcy Case refers to a case where an individual or legal entity is sued in court to be declared bankrupt due to having substantial debts and being unable to repay their creditors, resulting in the creditors filing for bankruptcy.

Taxation Case

In the case of Appeals, the decisions of the officials or committees under tax and duty laws, disputes over the state’s rights to claim tax and duty debts, and cases related to requests for tax and duty refunds, among others.

Other Special Cases

In addition to the aforementioned cases, there are other significant cases in Thai courts, namely administrative cases. These refer to disputes between administrative agencies or state officials and private parties or disputes among administrative agencies or state officials themselves
